Do not be afraid to stand up to shenanigans. Make a stink, let your voice be heard, and don’t wallow in “woulda/coulda.”

[00:24:00] Rather than toss it in the rubbish bin, here’s a better way to handle unwanted junk mail.
[00:31:52] Goofus and Gallant revisited.
[00:33:37] Kids are growing up with time-shifting as the norm. Tivo rules!
[00:36:50] TV shows ending on a high point (Battlestar Galactica, Babylon 5, Jerrico, Lost) unlike The X-Files. Plus, new “Babylon 5 The Lost Tales” to be released straight to DVD on July 31 is a fine example of how to extend a franchise for a niche audience with low production cost.

Finally got around to listening to this. I can’t believe that guy at the store! And how unbelievable that he’s still working there. I thought that kinda stuff only happened here but apparently people are the same all over…
My “favourite” bad service at the moment is basically our (ruling) school council (or High Council as they’ve become known) saying “Come and see us in this time of change if you have any questions or concerns” and then when you go to them they say “We cant answer that question and your concern is unfounded and invalid.” And (because it’s a private/independent school) there’s nowhere else to go.
Thnx for the tivo tip. When we move house, this is going to be part of the move.
And sorry about how garbled my voice comment was. That was SKYPE and not my voice. (And did I really say that?? You’re a bad influence Bad Dad!) :)
