Unfortunately this is someone’s mod. I have not been able to track down the original source. It is a good project for you to put your imagination to. Maybe work on it with a son.

I see that thing all the time… some guy made it, and it’s sitting in his front yard. I’ve never seen him (I’m asuming it’s a him, never met the owner). I live like 20 min. away from it… weird I would run into a pic of it on the enternet, talk about random.
