		<description>I&#039;d probably focus on your #1-3 goals for me. Maybe #6 for the after-school nuthouse period. 

What i like about these goals, mate, is they&#039;re being goals. They&#039;re about who you want to be and how you want to be with your kids. Rather than just setting some kind of KPIs you have to adhere to.

What I&#039;m also finding helpful is taking a goal that I&#039;ve never seemed to get traction on and then taking it back a step, back a step until I find an action or thought that is the missing ingredient. So for instance, I&#039;d had a goal for years to not eat after 8 pm. Never complied with it. Until someone gave me the idea to brush my teeth immediately after dinner, not before bed. After I&#039;d done that I didn&#039;t want to get my teeth dirty so I&#039;d not eat until breakfast.

In respect to goals like these, be more attentive for me a few years ago became &quot;take off your worker/business-owner hat and put on your dad-hat from 5-8 pm every night.&quot; It took care of the distractedness and focussed me...
