Roland, your best interview ever. Very good questions and your conversation with Stefan really uncvoers that need we men have for community that embraces our roles as parents. When I recently ran a Dads group in my local community, a few weeks in, one of the blokes said, "This is so good. Us guys never get to talk about this stuff. It's ok for the mums (moms): they get to go off and have their lattes at the cafe and talk it through, but what do we do?" Later my wife made the point that women rally around a new mother and mentor her naturally. Guys don't do that and any time the average dad tries to do something with the baby he gets told off for doing it "wrong."____This conversation both talked about and demonstrated the strength there is in this growing movement among men to do parenting intentionally and do it together.____Best quote from Stefan: "The perfectness of the day is not so much in what we do, but just to have that … time together".

    Thanks for the feedback, Pete.

I've noticed that as I've been doing more and more business networking, many conversations ultimately steer into talking about kids and family challenges, and the affects on professional life. It simply can't be partitioned and ignored.

Keep up the great work you are doing for dads in Australia.
